Special Education

Broomfield High School Special Education Department serves students, according to their needs, in the least restrictive environment. We offer a range of services to meet the individual needs of students, with most students receiving services in the general education classroom. 

Students who have Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) will register for courses with the assistance of their special education case manager so that their educational program is consistent with the goals and objectives of their IEP. The program may consist of regular education courses with instructional accommodations and courses provided outside the regular education class with a modified curriculum.

Students should work with their special education case manager to complete course selection.
