Jim Davidson TEACHER

Language Arts; Athletics Head Coach Girls Soccer; Boys Soccer Varsity

​​Jim Davidson has been an English instructor and varsity soccer coach at Broomfield High School for the past 16 years. He has been involved in the ninth grade LA Core program throughout his entire tenure in the district. Davidson's teaching passions include Shakespeare, American literature, and rhetorical analysis. His soccer teams have won five state championships throughout his career, and several of his teams have been nationally ranked and recognized as team academic all-Americans. Davidson has also been a national high school soccer coach of the year finalist four times and has received the NSCAA west region coach of the year award on five separate occasions. His wife is Kay Davidson, BHS chemistry teacher, and together they enjoy living in downtown Denver with their two dogs, Dodger and Marty.​
